Community Entries

This section of our website is intended to provide information for Irish Community associations and groups wishing to paricipate in the Toronto St. Patrick's Parade.

Qualifying Entries

Community Entries are defined as non-profit social and cultural organizations and groups that have a connection to the Irish Community in the Greater Toronto Area. Examples of Community Entries include:

  • County Associations
  • Irish Social Clubs
  • Regional Irish Associations
  • Irish Sporting Associations
  • Irish Cultural Groups

A Community Entry can consist of a float, marchers or a combination of the two. There is no fee for a Community Entry to participate in the Parade but, we do need to hear from interested groups in order to plan the format of the procession and to allocate space for construction of entries in our rented facility and the CNE.

Applying For Entry

In order to properly plan the format of the Parade procession, we require all interested groups to register their request with the Parade Director. Please download the Community Entry Application Form and send it in by no later than January 15. Applications received after January 15 may not be considered for entry.
